What is NOXWAY?
NOXWAY is a powder-form, plant-based fire retardant that mixes with water to create a passive fire protection barrier. It is designed to protect homes, farms, ranches, and landscaped properties from wildfire by cutting off the fuel supply to approaching fire — interrupting the fire triangle.
When applied to vegetation or wood and exposed to fire or extreme heat, it forms a dark-grey carbon-char layer that prevents fire propagation — creating the Protection Dome Effect.

General Product Description
NOXWAY is a specially engineered, powder-form fire retardant that mixes with water to create a passive fire protection barrier. Its primary function is to interrupt the fire triangle — oxygen, heat, and fuel — by cutting off the fuel supply to an approaching fire. Without fuel, a fire cannot sustain itself and will diminish on its own.
This retardant is designed for application to natural vegetation surrounding homes, farms, ranches, and other landscaped properties — anywhere dry grass, brush, or plant growth could feed a wildfire.
It is applied directly to natural areas around the perimeter of your house, property, garden, deck, vegetation, or any zone you wish to protect.
The product is engineered with no environmental impact. It has been developed specifically to protect the ignition zone outside the perimeters of structures and landscaped areas during wildfire events.
NOXWAY is a passive fire retardant and can be applied at the onset of a wildfire event. Once applied, it remains in place unless exposed to prolonged rain or direct water contact.
When areas treated with NOXWAY are exposed to fire or extreme heat, the vegetation or wood forms a dark-grey carbon-char layer. This char interferes with combustion and prevents fire propagation — creating what we call the Protection Dome Effect.

Application Note:
- Gel works while wet — it may take 45 minutes to 2 hours at most to apply, depends on weather conditions.
- Apply it within 60 minutes of the fire arriving, not days before.
- Spray the house first, then the immediate perimeter.
- Just use power washer to clean it out after the event.
